Affordable Occupational Therapy for Eligible Farm & Forest School Families
Welcome to our Therapy Access Program: We believe every child deserves access to quality occupational therapy services. Our Therapy Access Program is designed specifically for eligible Farm & Forest School families, offering affordable OT services through a flexible waitlist system that connects families with last-minute appointment slots.
Why We Created This Program: Therapy services can be expensive, and insurance often provides limited coverage. Meanwhile, the needs in our community are high - many families need support but face financial barriers. This program was designed to bridge that gap, making Everbloom services more equitable and accessible for all.
How It Works: When therapist appointments become available due to last minute cancellations, families on our waitlist are notified first. This means your child can access professional OT services at a significantly reduced rate, with the convenience of being already on-site at Farm & Forest School.
How to Join:

Ensure your family meets the program criteria (see below)

Schedule a one-hour virtual meeting with our occupational therapist to discuss your child’s needs and therapy goals

Once approved, you’ll be added to the waitlist for your child’s Farm & Forest School day

When appointments become available, you’ll receive a text or email through our electronic messaging system to claim the spot.
Advance Notice: Text or email notifications for next-day or future appointments
Same-Day Openings: Communication during morning drop-off
How it works:
Appointment opens: therapist has a cancellation on your waitlist day.
You’re notified: receive text/email or in-person communication to claim the available slot.
Therapy session: your child receives a 1-hour OT session on site with shared documentation to families following the session.

1-2 families per weekday to support accessibility and continuity of care. At least one session per month to be expected.

Intake assessment call between family and therapist
8 in-person OT sessions with shared documentation
One debrief call between family and therapist
Option to re-enroll next cycle

$150 intake assessment call between family and therapist
$80/session. A 40-60% reduction from our standard rates, making quality therapy accessible for income-qualified families.
Eligibility Criteria
This program is designed for families who meet the following criteria:
Required Eligibility Criteria
Both of the following MUST be true:
My child currently attends Farm & Forest School
We have no occupational therapy coverage through insurance or other sources
Additional Eligibility Criteria
At least ONE of the following must be true:
Our family’s income creates barriers to accessing therapy services
I am raising my child(ren) as a single parent
Our family has experienced social and systemic barriers to wealth accumulation based on racial and/or ethnic identity
Upcoming Registration Period: Winter sign-up opens November 19th, 2025.
Please note: students currently on the waitlist who haven’t completed all sessions will remain on the list for the next registration cycle, which may limit available spots for new families.
