Morgan MacIntosh, OT Reg. (Ont.)
Founder & Director
MSc in Occupational Therapy
BSc (hons) in Psychology
Certificate in Disability Management

Morgan learned about nature-based therapy during her Masters of Occupational Therapy at McMaster University and through her own love for the outdoors. During her time in school, Morgan sought out unique learning opportunities by completing her final practicum at an outdoor occupational therapy and enrichment program in Elgin, ON which laid the foundation for her therapeutic philosophy. This type of authentic and sensory-rich play that inspires, restores, and challenges the mind and body spoke deeply to her as an occupational therapist learning about the current trends in child development.
Over the years, Morgan has had the joy of supporting children of all ages and abilities in traditional pediatric clinics and school-based settings. Morgan’s approach is neurodiversity-affirming and strength-based, always focusing on what makes each child unique and wonderful. Morgan believes in the power of family-centered care, and she works closely with families to create a supportive and empowering environment for children to build strong roots, grow and thrive.
Morgan is thrilled to have the opportunity to combine the healing power of nature with her own therapeutic practices and she is excited to bring unique and enriching programs to Everbloom Outdoor Therapy, Cambridge Farm & Forest School, and the Cambridge community.

Katelyn Steer
Administrative Assistant

Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)
Proud mother of two!

The outdoors has been a part of Katelyn’s life for as long as she can remember. Some of her favourite childhood memories are from camping trips and summers spent at camp. Those experiences stayed with her and shaped how she sees the outdoors: as a place where children can feel free to be curious, capable and connected. Now, as a mom raising two children who are happiest when they’re outside, Katelyn gets to experience that wonder all over again through their eyes.
Katelyn’s career has also given her the opportunity to support children as they learn, grow, and discover the world around them. She has spent more than five years in summer camp leadership, and she is a Registered Early Childhood Educator who currently works as a supply teacher with the Upper Grand District School Board.
As Everbloom’s Administrative Assistant, Katelyn is excited to be part of the work that happens behind the scenes to help create those meaningful outdoor experiences for children and families. She is happy to bring her experience, her love of the outdoors, and her perspective as an educator and parent to the Everbloom community.
