Your child will develop essential life skills in our outdoor OT groups! Each small group is guided by a licensed occupational therapist trained in our nature-based therapeutic approach, which combines proven clinical techniques with the healing power of nature. We thoughtfully create groups of 3-5 children with similar developmental goals, and facilitate opportunities that challenge and nurture in equal measure.
Whether building shelters, climbing trees, or interacting with animals, every activity is intentionally designed to strengthen communication, deepen collaboration, improve coordination, and nurture connection.

Why Choose Group Therapy?
-
Group therapy provides the perfect environment for children to practice social skills with peers in natural, meaningful ways. Rather than role-playing social scenarios, children experience authentic interactions, learn to navigate friendships, and develop confidence in group settings.
-
There's something magical about watching children encourage each other! In group settings, kids naturally model behaviours for one another, celebrate each other's successes, and find motivation in their peers' achievements.
-
Group therapy allows families to access occupational therapy services at a more affordable rate while still receiving individualized attention within the small group dynamic. Your child benefits from professional OT support alongside the added value of peer interaction.
-
Many children feel less "different" or self-conscious when they see peers working on similar goals. Group therapy normalizes the therapeutic process and helps children understand that everyone has strengths and areas for growth.
